Altering your diet for the Jewish celebration of Passover is no joke, and it’s not much fun. Not that it’s supposed to be: the holiday commemorates the Jewish people’s escape from slavery in Egypt.
Over the years, there have been efforts to make Passover a bit more fun, including Ben and Jerry’s recent limited edition charoset flavored ice cream (available only in Israel).
And now the a capella group Six13 (you might remember their Hanukkah song “Shake It Off,” a parody of the Taylor Swift song of the same name) have returned with a parody of Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars‘s “Uptown Funk,” titled “Uptown Passover.”
